Pam is a Yoga Alliance Certified yoga instructor who offers her students classes that best suit their needs, whether it be relief from aches and pains, re-energizing the body, calming the mind, relieving stress, or incorporating gentle movement for flexibility and strength.
Her most popular classes are those that combine slow flows, meditation, and breath-work to allow her students to reconnect internally without judgement, and with peace.
Beginners are one of her favorite groups to teach. She loves seeing her students' faces change from nervousness to delight as they come into a pose they thought wasn't accessible.
Pam also works with people recovering from mild Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and anxiety. Having suffered a TBI in 2010, she fully understands the mental and physical impact of such an injury. She leads with understanding, care, and compassion.
She seeks to inspire all of her students to live healthier, stronger, stress-free lives.
"Yoga is about discovering a beautiful new relationship with yourself - with peace and without harsh judgement. It is about learning to embrace your body where it is today, and to explore a new yoga practice with curiosity and gentleness." ~ Pam Snyder
