HOPE Series | Couch to Cat Cow

Never tried yoga?  Too nervous to go to a studio or gym?  Think you are not flexible enough for yoga?   Join me in my 5 day HOPE challenge below and you'll see it's easier than you think!  You will go from Couch to Cat - Cow pose in no time.  Relax, hop on your mat or towel, take a deep breath, and let's get started!

Day 1

Today, I guide you in a short video on how to come into Yoga's most foundational pose, Tadasana. Also known as Mountain pose.  (4:27)

Day 2 

Today, I guide you through a quick demonstration of Forward Fold with a Half-way Lift.  Feel free to use a chair if you need to keep your head above that beautiful heart of yours!  (4:41)

Day 3

Today, I guide you through a quick demonstration of Plank pose. I'll show you both the full version and modified version. You choose which works best for where you are today!  (2:00)

Day 4

Today, I guide you through a quick demonstration of Cat Cow pose. You'll love it as we gently warm up that gorgeous spine of yours! (5:08)

Day 5

You're on the home stretch! Today, we'll celebrate by incorporating the last 4 days into a nice gentle flow. It will be fun to take a few minutes and put it all together! (7:41)
